Ultra IPTV provides your subscription credentials. The player app is installed separately on your device, and some third-party players may charge for premium features. Keep your welcome message nearby and enter its server URL, username and password exactly as provided.

Part 1: Install the Downloader app

Downloader is used when the recommended player is not available directly from the Amazon Appstore.

From the Fire TV home screen, open My Apps or the app library.

Kies Get More Apps to open the Amazon Appstore.

Open Search, type Downloader, and select the matching result.

Choose the orange Downloader app from the search results.

Download the app
Open the Downloader listing and select Download or Get.

Wait for installation
Keep the Fire TV connected while the app downloads and installs.

Do not open it yet
Return to the Fire TV home screen first so the required security option can be enabled.

Part 2: Enable Developer Options and Unknown Sources

Fire OS requires permission before Downloader can install a player from an approved external link.

Open My Fire TV
Go to Settings → My Fire TV.

Reveal Developer Options
Open About, highlight your Fire TV device name, and press the OK button seven times.

Enable ADB debugging
Return to Developer Options and switch ADB debugging on if your Fire OS version requests it.

Confirm ADB is on
Verify that the ADB debugging setting now displays ON.

Allow Downloader to install apps
Open Install Unknown Apps and change Downloader to ON. Menu names can vary slightly by Fire OS version.

Return to the home screen
Press the Home button on your remote.

Part 3: Install the player and add Ultra IPTV

The reference interface may show another player or provider. Always follow the current app link and credentials included with your Ultra IPTV order.

Find Downloader in the app library and open it.

Selecteer Allow if Downloader asks for access to files on your device.

Selecteer OK to close the Downloader welcome screen.

Enter the current Ultra IPTV link or code
Use only the current secure download link or numeric code from your Ultra IPTV welcome message. Do not copy the code visible in this reference screenshot.

Review the notice and choose Install
Accept the player privacy notice if you agree, then select Install.

Wait for installation
Do not press Back while Fire OS installs the player.

Open the player
Kies Open. If you selected Done, launch the player from My Apps.

Selecteer Add Playlist or Add User.

Selecteer Xtream-codes API or the equivalent username/password login option.

Enter your Ultra IPTV credentials
Enter the server URL, username and password exactly as shown in your Ultra IPTV welcome message. Credentials are case-sensitive.

Keep Live TV and VOD selected
Leave both television and on-demand content enabled unless you specifically want to hide a section.

Wait for processing
Keep the player open while categories, channels and guide data are imported.

Finish setup
Open Live TV and test a channel. If the list is empty, recheck every character in the login details.

Android TV / Box Setup Guide

If your preferred player is available in Google Play, this method is faster.

Search for a reputable Xtream Codes-compatible IPTV player and install it.

Add a playlist
Open the player and choose Add Playlist → Xtream Codes.

Enter your Ultra IPTV account
Enter the server URL, username and password from your welcome message, then wait for the first synchronization.

Data reminder: Streaming can use significant mobile data. Stable Wi-Fi is recommended for the first setup and HD/4K playback.

Enter a playlist name, Ultra IPTV server URL, username and password.

Method 2: TiviMate Mobile

Search for TiviMate IPTV Player in Google Play and select Install.

Launch the player and choose Add Playlist.

Selecteer Xtream Codes as the playlist type.

Enter Ultra IPTV details
Paste the server URL, username and password from your welcome message.

Continue and wait for the channel and EPG import.

Test playback
Open Live TV and select a channel.

Method 3: Install an APK

Only use an APK link supplied by Ultra IPTV support and enable unknown apps only for the browser or file manager you are using.

Use the current secure link from your welcome message or support conversation.

Confirm the download
If Android displays a standard file warning for the approved APK, choose Download anyway.

Choose the option to add or upload a playlist.

Select the login format supplied with your Ultra IPTV order.

Enter Ultra IPTV details

Restart the Roku app
Close and reopen Hot Player, then test Live TV. Contact support if the player is unavailable in your region.

Troubleshooting tips

Try these checks before contacting support.

01Check your connectionUse at least 15–20 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps or more for reliable 4K playback.

02Verify credentialsUsernames, passwords and server URLs are case-sensitive. Remove spaces before saving.

03Refresh the playlistUpdate the player, refresh the playlist and allow EPG data time to load.

04Restart the equipmentPower-cycle the player device and router, then test the same channel again.

05Clear the app cacheClear only the player cache first. Avoid deleting app data unless you have saved your login details.

06Test another networkIf possible, compare Ethernet and Wi-Fi or briefly test a different network to isolate the issue.

IPTV setup FAQ

How long does IPTV setup take?

Most devices are ready in five to ten minutes. The first channel and EPG synchronization may take a little longer.

Which player app should I use?

Choose a reputable player that supports Xtream Codes on your device. Availability varies by region, and third-party premium licenses are separate from your Ultra IPTV subscription.

Do I need a separate IPTV box?

Usually not. Smart TVs, Fire TV, Android TV, phones, tablets and computers can all run compatible players directly.

Why is my channel list empty?

Recheck the server URL, username and password, including capitalization. Then refresh the playlist and allow the first import to finish.

What internet speed is recommended?

Use 10–15 Mbps for HD, at least 25 Mbps for 4K, and Ethernet where possible for the most stable big-screen experience.

Does the player license come with my subscription?

No. Ultra IPTV supplies subscription credentials. Independent player apps may have their own optional trial, one-time purchase or annual license.
